Sunrise Community Clinic
Located in Windsor, providing Primary Care, Pediatrics, Family Planning, and Telehealth services at 1039 Main Street, Unit G. Care is available to everyone without regard to the client's ability to pay or insurance status. There is a sliding fee scale and assistance for enrolling in Health First Colorado (Medicaid).
Greeley Family House
Housing assistance for families. The Greeley Family House provides temporary housing and support services to families who are experiencing housing instability
